Here is your chance to be part of the "crown jewel" of the Fence Lake Chain. Located just nine miles from Minocqua, WI, Fence Lake offers 3500 acres of crystal clear water, sandy beaches, excellent fishing, all water sports, and snowmobiling. Fence Lake is within easy driving time from major metropolitan centers and is minutes from the best health care facilities in Wisconsin's north woods.

Previously Fence Lake Lodge, these newly renovated condominiums consist of one and two bedroom units situated on a 12.5 acre parcel featuring over 800' of westerly facing lakeshore. All units have private exterior entrances, a 12'x24' detached garage, and designated boat slip and spectacular sunset views of Fence Lake. Other features include flat access to a sandy beach, private boat launching, spacious playground area, access to nearby snowmobile trails, and an entrance to Marlands Lake - a ten acre private lake which owners have access to from the back of the property.

Accommodations

The Vista condominiums, as pictured above, are a log sided building consisting of two spacious units with two bedrooms and 2 baths and four one bedroom units with 1 baths. Each unit is air-conditioned and are newly renovated.

Minimum Stay Policy
Three night minimum stay during high season (12/25 - 01/01 and 6/17/ - 9/02)

Coming and Going
Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM

Included with Your Unit

• You have access to the boat launch, swimming beach, dock facility, children's playground, and outdoor fire circle.
• Your unit offers a furnished kitchen including dishes, pots, pans, flatware, glasses, coffee mugs & maker, dishwasher and soap, and dish towels.

Pet Policy
No pets are allowed.

Reservation Fee (Deposit)
Less than a week stay = $100 per unit
Week stay = $300 per unit

A credit card will be taken at time of reservation to confirm your reservation. We ask for the actual deposit to be sent by check.

Cancellations
On cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date, a full refund minus a $50 service charge will be given.

On cancellations received within 2 weeks of arrival, one night's accommodations will be charged.

Failure to cancel your reservation prior to arrival date will result in a charge to your credit card for your entire stay.
