 Thank you for inquiring about guided Steelhead and Salmon fishingin Eastern Washington. My name is Brian J. Nielson, owner and operator of B.J.'s Guide Service, LLC.
I have been an Eastern Washington fishing guide for Steelhead and Salmon on the Grande Ronde and Klickitat Rivers for over 20 years. I really enjoy taking anglers on river fishing trips, especially those who are trying this for the first time! I am a licensed guide with the State of Washington, as well.

Grande Ronde River Fishing Guide
 I began fishing Eastern Washington rivers in 1967 when just out of high school. I fished and hunted along the beautiful Grande Ronde and Klickitat Rivers for some 16 years before taking anglers on float trips professionally. I began guiding professionally in 1983 doing overnight combo hunting/fishing trips on the Grande Ronde river. I started out fishing 5 different rivers here in Eastern Washington, including big water such as the Columbia River. The guide business picked up to the point where it made more sense to concentrate my efforts on fly gear fishing on the Grande Ronde and Klickitat rivers only. After a few years, I narrowed my efforts into what was most popular for my clients; The Grande Ronde and Klickitat rivers via drift boat.
 The Grande Ronde River is an excellent river that I fish from late October thru February. The Grande Ronde River is located in the southeast corner of Washington State. It is noted for its scenic beauty and excellent fly fishing. Trips are made October through March. The Klickitat River is a glacier-fed river providing anglers with king salmon and steelhead in the late summer and fall. The Klickitat River is located in Central Washington, west of the city of Goldendale. Fishing trips may be scheduled for September.
After making the switch from another boat manufacturer to the Hyde drift boat six years ago, I've received a lot of customer compliments for comfort, fishability, and just plain good looks! I feel very fortunate to have been chosen for the Hyde Pro Team for the last five years . My thanks go out to Hyde for listening and implementing my suggestions on the improvments to the Hyde "combo" boat.. Its been a pleasurable experience, fishing the two greatest rivers in Eastern Washington for the last 25 years!
