Only 5 minutes from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 25 minutes from the Knoxville Airport, our 36-acre estate is sure to provide you and your family or associates with an unforgettable escape.

Little River Fly Fishing East Tennessee
You will enjoy a fantastic fly fishing experience during your visit at Dancing Bear Lodge! The Little River is located on our property directly across the street from the lodge and 2,115 miles of streams are available within the neighboring Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The national park protects one of the last wild trout habitats in the Eastern U.S. and offers a wide variety of angling experiences from remote headwater trout streams to large, cool water small mouth bass streams. Most remain at or near their carrying capacity of fish year-round.

Whether you are a veteran angler of a first time caster, our Orvis-certified guides will lead you on a memorable fly fishing journey on your choice during a half or full day guided trip.
We provide all of the equipment necessary including waders, flies, vest, rods and reels.

Townsend Tennesse Cabin Rentals
- LeConte Located adjacent to the lodge, this suite offers our largest and most luxurious accommodation complete with spacious sitting area with in-room hot tub, king size bed.
- Full kitchen and two private baths, one with a whirlpool tub. This cabin is the first choice for your group VIP.
- Two Bedroom Cabins Each of the six two-bedroom cabins offers two king rooms, private bath with jacuzzi, full kitchen, living room with wood-burning stacked stone fireplace, Private porch and hot tub. One bedroom is on the main floor while the second bedroom is located upstairs.
- One Bedroom Luxury Cabins Each of the six one-bedroom cabins were recently renovated and offer a pantry kitchen, living room, wood -burning stacked stone fireplace.
- Walk-in closet, king size bed, private porch with swing, rocking chairs and hot tub. Maximum capacity per one bedroom cabin is 2 guests.
- One Bedroom Deluxe Cabins Each of the two one-bedroom cabins offers a full kitchen, living room, wood -burning stacked stone fireplace and king size bed. The Deluxe cabins also offer whirlpool tubs, private porches with swings and hot tubs. Maximum capacity per one bedroom cabin is 2 guests.
Evergreen Cottage Located just steps from the lodge, this cottage offers two accommodations with an adjoining door, the Spruce and Jack Pine rooms.
Spruce offers two double beds while Jack Pine offers a king size bed. Both have newly added luxurious baths and shared covered front porch with rocking chairs.
