DEEP SEA FISHING

Deep Sea Fishing along the warm coastal waters of Kwa‐Zulu Natal produces good fishing all year round with good Game Fishing in the Summer months and Reef Fishing in the Winter months.
During the warmer months (October – May) targeting Game fish like Dorado, Queen Mackerel (Natal Snoek), King Mackerel (Couta), Sail Fish, Tuna, Wahoo, Garrick, Tropical Yellow Tails, Garrick, King Fish (Jacks) and Queen Fish according to their season, and there are always reef fish present.
In the cooler months (June‐September) we still target Game fish especially during the annual sardine run which is usually around July and then we target reef fish of which there is a wide variety and great fun on light tackle, and we also have the 2 Saltwater Salmon species (Geelbek and Kob) which can get large hanging around in the winter.
Our specialties are Game Fishing, Light Tackle Fishing, Artificial Lure Fishing and Fly Fishing, but we also make use of baits and live baits and are equipped with heavier tackle. Our Artificial Lure fishing consists of Drop Shot, Spinning, Vertical Jigging and Plugging and we also have an extensive range of artificial trolling lures.

We are well equipped with top class tackle in good condition and supply all the tackle that is needed with fly fishing equipment being thonly exception (Fly Fishing Tackle is personal and you need to know how to use it), and have recently rigged out the boat with new top quality light tackle trolling equipment.
We can offer you a specific style of fishing, or we can target a specific species, or we can do our very popular variety fishing which generally goes as follows:
We start out by fishing for some live bait; then we put out some light tackle trolling lures and troll along the backline and then out into deeper waters. Then we stop at some reefs and do some light tackle reef fishing, vertical jigging and drop shot, spinning, whist we put out the live baits hoping for a big one.
It is up to you and we are very flexible and will do what you want according to the weather, season and fish around.
We also take a lot of children and women out deep sea and they are more than welcome.
We are not just a charter boat, but a fishing guide also.

MESTUARY/HARBOUR FISHING

Estuary Fishing can be the most fun you can have standing up and thwe target a wide variety of Saltwater Game Fish to be caught on Light Tackle using Artificial Lures for Spinning and Drop Shot Fishing. We altarget these Game Fish using Fly Fishing Equipment, and bait. Many juvenile game fish reside in these estuaries and the larger Fish come into feed and spawn.
This is an awesome way to target saltwater fish, but fishing in lake type conditions and generally the best estuary fishing is in the warmer months (September to May). We also have some superb estuaries in South Africa.
The species of fish that we get in the estuaries are Springer (Ladyfish,
Ten Pounder), King Fish (Jacks), Queen Fish, Garrick, Kob, Grunter, Queen Mackerel, Scads and several other species.
