If you are not satisfied with
the performance or the original condition of your purchase, you have 30 days from
the shipped date to return your item for a refund or replacement. If you have any

returns must include original invoice or packing slip.
- We only accept
returns of unused items, in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards,
owner's manuals, etc. within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
- Non-defective
returns will be charged a 15% restock fee.
- Returns to WWFG without all
the contents and original packaging will be charged a $20.00 handling fee.
- If
merchandise is determined to be defective or the result of an error by WWFG, your
shipping and handling is refundable, in all other cases, it is a non-refundable
fee. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
- Please
allow 4 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit.
- We require
returns to be shipped via UPS, or FedEx for tracking/confirmation
purposes. Please purchase insurance from your shipper. WWFG assumes no liability
for loss or damage of returned packages.
We cannot accept
returns of certain items and services including: - any item
that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any DVD, or VHS that
has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not
in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any Magazine
Subscription
- WWFG Team Membership 30 days or more over original purchase day
- Any
product missing the serial number or UPC.
