|
|
We're experiencing our first cooler tempuratures with increased rainfall - which has caused the trout to begin to move upstream on their spawning rituals. Fall hatches have begun early, to include blue winged olives, caddis and craneflies. We're still experiencing terrific dry fly action - when hatches are not occuring the fish are still eager to eat a well - presented dry fly - terrestrial insects have finished their growing season - insects like crickets, beetles & grasshoppers provide important LARGE meals.
