| Fishing is getting hot while temperatures are cooling down highs this week where only in the mid-eighties. The Brookies are getting more aggressive with several 14-16” coming to the net this week. Fish have been fat and happy, morning hatches of midges have been coming off right around 8:30 followed closely by callibeatis. Water temperatures are down into the 50’s with 57 as an average. Afternoons have been a bit windy pushing the fish down, but still susceptible to tandem rigs (bugger dropper, or two nymphs). The Largest fish taken this week was a 24 1/2” Rainbow trout. Big fish are becoming more active as the hatches progress.

|
