English River System Fishing Lodge

fishingThe fishing, food, accommodations, guide, shore lunches will send you to a whole new world. Most all Canadian systems have fish but only a few have excessive numbers as well as lots of huge trophy fish and Separation Lake is one of them. “Don’t believe it, give us a try and find out for yourself.” We have a very healthy fishery – from fry to monster size trophies and in all species.

Ever get tired of catching the same old species all day long, day after day? Gets pretty boring. Not at Separation. Steve Lapin does fish for four different species and wants to try additional species when he has more than a weeks vacation. It breaks up your day, which makes for a more exiting, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. This is why a river system is the best...Easy fishing and never a dull moment. A Variety of Fish - Lots of Good Trophy and Quality Fish.

English River System Fishing

fishingEARLY SPRING: May thru Mid-June
Excellent Walleye fishing. The overall size is sometimes smaller, but you make up for it in quantity. Smallmouth are excellent at this time. Northern trophy fishing is at its best during this period. Our guest catch many fish each day running to 25 pounds and the exceptional ones up to and over 30 pounds.

SUMMER MONTHS: Mid-June thru Mid-August
The fishing far exceeds most any lake in the area as you continue to catch a lot of fish daily. The weather is usually very nice and pleasant with no worry about black flies and mosquitoes. This is personally my favorite time of the year to fish because you catch some big trophy fish of all species. Plus, this is an ideal time for family trips.

EARLY FALL: Mid-August thru September
If you are looking for those wall-hanger Walleye and Northern Pike, this is the time of year for you!
Our guest catch those elusive early springtime walleye in the four to fourteen pound class, plus the
Northern Pike fishing is fantastic.

DEER, BEAR, WATERFOWL, GROUSE, TIMBER WOLF
The Combination Hunting/Fishing Is The Best Of Both Worlds
Max of 10 Hunters Per Season on All Hunting Packages, Therefore No Over hunting Occurs and Thereby Makes Your Success Rate as Close to 100% As Possible.
