 Capt. Richard Flick invites you to come aboard the Get Reel for a memorable Oak Island charter fishing experience.
The Get Reel is a 44 ft. sportfisher and has all the amenities of home, such as couches, full head, v-berth, and all the latest electronics, and fishing equipment. Repowered in December with new twin 480 hp Cummins motors. We now can cruise 22 knots and max speed of 28 knots.
We are located on beautiful Oak Island, NC, 5 miles from Historic Southport, 30 miles from Myrtle Beach, SC. Oak Island is a family oriented vacation spot with lots to do and see.
 Capt. Richard Flick has been fishing the area since the late 80's and devotes his life doing what he loves. Oak Island Charter fishing. When he is not charter fishing he is commercial fishing. He makes his living off of the sea.
Oak Island Fishing Charters We offer Oak Island fishing charters year round for Blue Fin tuna showing up late November thru mid February. King Mackeral and bottom fishing for Black Bass, Red Snapper, Grouper, Biting pretty much all year, with some months being better than others. Mahi Mahi, Spanish Mackeral, Sailfish, and Marlin showing up July thru September. Yellow Fin tuna, Wahoo, and large Mahi Mahi are usally in the gulfstream April thru June.

You will need to bring you sunglasses, sunscreen, camera, long sleeve shirt, snacks, sandwiches, and drinks. We provide you with all you're fishing gear, bait, tackle, and ice.
We have a full time mate to assist you with all of Oak Island fishing needs and questions. All you have to do is 'reel them in'.
