Reservation Policy/Refund Policy
When reservations are made a room is considered "rented" for the days reserved and removed from the market. This guarantees the accommodation are available for the days requested. As a result, subsequent inquiries for the same dates may be turned away. Therefore, early departures will be charged for all days reserved. Reduction in days reserved prior to arrival will result in a $20.00 charge per change. Deposit refunds are made when reservations are canceled at least 14 days prior to the arrival date (at least 30 days for holidays and large groups?. A $20.00 service charge per unit deposit will be deducted from the refundable amount. All no-shows will be charged for everything reserved. No cancellations or changes 24 hours prior to arrival. All units have patio smoking. Please request smoking unit if required.
