There are two well defined fishing seasons. Summer features Doarado and many types of Marlin, and is also abundant with Tuna. Winter features: Yellow tail and other species such as white snapper and sea bass, which are found all year round.
Loreto holds several IGFA (International game fish association) records. Loreto is a protected Marine park that prohibits the launching of commercial fishing along its coast. Therefore, a thriving amount of big game fish for you to catch and reel in as your prize.
