La Paz Baja Fishing Bareboat Charter
SeaFortuna is a 38' Luhrs powerboat with a very large cockpit & bridgedeck. She is great La Paz Baja fishing, cruising & sightseeing boat. You also have a great choice of "toys"; kayaks, Lazer & Boston Whaler with a 25 horsepower motor.
The rock formations, desert, beaches and clear warm water are spectacular. There is even an island where you can swim with the Sea lions.
SeaFortuna is the only powerboat to our knowledge available for bareboat charter Baja in the Sea of Cortez.
La Paz Baja Fishing
La Paz Baja fishing is what SeaFortuna was designed for. While day fishing trips are available, overnight or longer trips are her specialty. SeaFortuna can comfortably accommodate four to six people for fishing. Our skipper, Raul is one of the best fishing captains in La Paz with over 25 years of fishing experience .He also has his own fleet of fishing pangas (four) with his son, and speaks English. Raul could take you wherever you would like to go, south to the East Cape or even to Cabo San Lucas.
Bareboat Charter La Paz
Weekly:
The one week charter goes from Sunday to Saturday noon.
The weekly rate for SeaFortuna is $1,850, except for the months of December. January and February when the rate is $1,750
In addition there is a charge of $150 per week for each adult. Children 18 to 7 are $50 per week.
Children 6 and under are free. In addition only the first five are charged for (if six or more, there is no charge for the sixth person or any additional beyond that) (in my opinion especially in the summer time with over 7 persons, they can sleep in the cockpit, on deck or in the cockpit).
A skipper is available for $125 per day plus tip (see our web page on Fishing with a skipper too). If you only want a skipper for a day or two on your week charter, he is available.
The 13’ Boston Whaler with a 25hpr four stroke Mercury, the two person kayaks, the 14’ Lazer and 14’ Lido sailboats are available as extras at $150 per week each.
Extra days are available on weekly charters when available for $300 per day
Daily:
SeaFortuna is available for less than a week when available (weekly charters are preferred).
The first day is $450 (with no overnight). Additional days are $450, with overnight accommodations up to four persons. Extra persons are $25 per night.
