Lake Mateos Bass Lodge is located on a bluff overlooking the Humaya river, not far from the little village of Varejonal, Mexico. We'll meet you at the Culican airport and provide transportation for a short 45 minute ride (over paved roads) to the lodge.
Your Lake Mateos fishing day
 ... starts with freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee delivered to your room. In the main dining room will be served an hearty American style breakfast. Then you will head to your boat and fish from sun up to mid-day when you will return to shore for a five star gourmet lunch.
After a short rest period in our air conditioned lodge, you will head out once again and fish till sunset. In the evening you will return and be greeted by freshly made margaritas and nachos while you await a sumptuous dinner. The next day you'll do it all over again !

Both fantastic Lodges are located on two of the premier largemouth bass fishing lakes in the world and are located in the beautiful Sierra Madres Mountains in the Mexican state of Sinaloa.
Lake Mateos opened October 1st, 2007 and we continue to offer the finest in lodging, food, equipment and guide services available. Campo Buena Vista on Lake Huites will open in November of 2009 with all new furnishings, boats and motors. This camp will fill up fast and advance registration would be wise
