Ixtapa / Xihuatanejo has the VERY BEST of everything in Mexico! Ixtapa deep sea fishing is a "must do" here among many other activities. Best of all, the natives are overly friendly, and one leaves with the feeling that their schools must surely teach a course in tourism, and how to make the tourist want to return, often! The waters of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo, Mexico are particularly appealing and exciting to fish since there is a traditional rich history of tremendous sport fishing stocks as well as a lack of angling pressure. Ixtapa Fishing Ixtap sport fishing for species such as Pacific Sailfish, Blue & Black Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Dorado, and Wahoo as well as an assortment of inshore species including Roosterfish, Snapper, Grouper, Spanish Mackerel, and Yellowtail Jacks are available throughout the year.The Climate  Tropical and warm is the general rule of thumb, in the mid to upper 80's, with water temperatures about the same. Dress throughout the area is casual and comfortable, though you need to be wary of the sunburn. Don't shed clothes for too long, lest you'll surely ruin your vacation.
Ixtapa Fishing Charters All boats are well-maintained and equipped with safety features as well as VHF radios and some GPS systems. Further enhancing the value of this operation is the inclusion of quality PENN INTERNATIONAL tackle, which includes light tackle, spinning & conventional reels from 12T's to 80TW's on all boats. All packages include an 8-hour charter day, tackle, dead bait & lures, all dispatch fees & taxes, ice, and participation in the Billfish Foundation's Tag & Release Program. Many of our boats use one of the newest inventions in downrigging fishing called the Z-Wing Downrigger. And Larry's Lures are the trolling lures of choice for many of our captains.

 Inclusions: Boat, crew, fuel, all fishing tackle, rigged trolling baits, ice, dispatch fees & 15% taxes. 8 hour day, 6:30AM-2:30PM. 10 hour day available, add $100 to cruisers & $50 to super pangas.
Exclusions: Food & beverages should be ordered from hotel on the evening prior to each fishing day & brought aboard each day. Live bait, when available, is $5.00 per dozen, paid direct to the bait vendor.Mexican fishing licenses at prevailing rate, currently $12.00 per person, per day. gratuities are customary at 15% of the charter rate.
