At Golden Eagle Lodge you have the opportunity to catch Trophy Pike, Walleye and the unique Black Lake Trout.
We are located in Northern Manitoba just south of Lynn Lake. Accessible only by float plane and having a long withstanding catch and release policy guarantees and unbelievable fishing experience.
Northern Manitoba Fishing Lodge
Approximately 500 miles north of Winnipeg, Manitoba is the town of Lynn Lake, Manitoba.
Guests are flown from Winnipeg to Lynn Lake Manitoba. From here you will be greeted and taken via 30 minute float plane ride to Golden Eagle Lodge.
Here you will be given the option to fish 7 different lakes teeming with giant northern pike, walleye and lake trout, Golden Eagle Lodge is renowned for its trophy fishery.
Location
The same can be said for a fly-in-fishing-lodge and Golden Eagle is the "Perfect Location".
The main lodge is located on the south shore of Sickle Lake. Here anglers are given the opportunity to fish for Monster Sized Pike, as well as Walleye and abundant whitefish.
There are six additional lakes all with short portages where you will find more Monster Pike, Walleye and Whitefish as well "Black Trout Lake" features the unique Black Lake Trout. This prime location with close by portages gives anglers the chance to fish several different lakes without the additional cost of flying.
All Lakes have boat caches with motors and fuel.
Lake Sickle Amenities
Golden Eagle Lodge has a limited it's capacity of no more than 18 guests, at one time providing a laid-back, relaxed atmosphere, ensuring our guests receive personal attention. The limited guest capacity also preserves the excellent quality of the fishery on our lakes.
Each cabin is equipped with a refrigerator, hot and cold running water, three piece bathroom with large shower stall, and cozy living areas with Franklin fireplaces.
The five private guest cabins range in size from four 2-bedroom cabins to a large 3-bedroom cabin with two full, three-piece bathrooms with large shower stalls. Two of our 2-bedroom cabins are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests with the other two larger 2-bedroom cabins designed for 4 guests. The spacious 3-bedroom cabin will accommodate up to six guests.
