"I hope we never have to say no to any child or adult who wants to go fishing or boating ," Wanda Hair said. The Hairs have modified their 36 foot charter boat, Ye Ole Pirate, to include a wheelchair ramp, a large number of extra handholds and several devices shown at right with more on the vessel. Hair has grown up to be very familiar with the problems of the physically challenged while helping to care for his older brother who was paralyzed from the waist down for a short time. Also, his,brother-in-law, an avid fisherman, was electrocuted and lost an arm but is still able to fish today.
