The Destin Fishing Charter Boat PHOENIX is a 48 foot custom built G&S. It is FAST and COMFORTABLE, AC/Heating, TV and VCR with movies for the children to watch, microwave, fresh water, bathroom, shower and a nice clean interior.
The PHOENIX deck offers plenty of room for fishing with a large live well for live bait fishing charter fishing in Destin.
 
The PHOENIX has the speed to get you to the big fish. We offer excellent tackle; light tackle for king mackerel, cobia, dolphin, tarpon, red snapper and offshore fish like bull dolphin, wahoo, marlin, sailfish & white marlin.
We also have heavy tackle for amberjacks, grouper, blue marlin, and yellow fin tuna.

4 hours - 42 hours
These prices include saltwater fishing license, top quality tackle, bait, 2 guides (Capt. and 1st mate) with 30 years of experience, and a 48 ft. fishing machine! (I primarily fish with live bait, so we will catch them on the way out)
4 hour trip - $700. for 1 to 6 passengers - this trip is designed mostly for inshore trolling for king mackerel, spanish mackerel, and cobia fishing in the spring (March-April). We can do bottom fishing on the four hour trip, but I would suggest a longer trip for this type of fishing. Four-hour trips are mainly an introduction to saltwater fishing for children and families who are unfamiliar with Destin charter fishing.
6 hour trip - $1,050 for 1 to 6 passengers - To include trolling for king mackerel or bottom fishing. It allows enough time for inshore trolling but sometimes the bottom fishing can be a little slow.
Destin Offshore Fishing8 hour trip - $1,400 for 1 to 6 passengers Eight Hour trip - Trolling for king mackerel inshore or offshore and
bottom fishing. We are apt to mix it up a little on this trip with live
bait trolling, catch our kings and then go to bottom fishing for red
snapper, grouper and triggerfish etc.
10 hour trip - $1750 for 1 to 6 passengers - This trip is designed for bottom fishing and deeper water fishing for bigger fish; amberjack, grouper, red snapper.
12 hour trip - $2100 for 1 to 6 passengers -The PHEONIX takes us further away "out of the beaten path" for bigger fish such as amberjacks, grouper, especially in the spring (February - April). This is the time when the amberjack, big red snapper and grouper run.
36 hour trip - $6000 for 1 to 6 passengers
Over Night Destin Charter Fishing Trips - accommodate the die-hard fishermen who enjoy more fishing time with the opportunity to go further out in the gulf to follow fish we might not be able to catch up to in one day.
This Destin Fishing charter is for the true fishermen who look forward to spending 36 hours, or leave at midnight for a 42-hour fishing expedition. The catch on this trip is yellow fin tuna. They are found around offshore oil rigs because they hold so much bait around them. These offshore rigs begin at least 100 miles out.
This is the most exciting fishing you may ever participate in. The tuna weigh from 60 to 120 pounds average, occasionally 150 to 200 pounds. The site of these fish jumping and feeding all around you is unforgettable. Once they hit, they smoke the reels, then you are on for the fight of your life.
Destin charter boat fishing for tuna is the ultimate adventure, you are also given a special show of wahoo, bull dolphin (mahi-mahi) and marlin feeding around the rigs. The big blue marlin feed on tuna and bait, what a site to see. The evenings are spent grilling the fresh yellow fin tuna while watching their antics jumping through the shadows of the rig lights.
In all of my years fishing in Destin, this is one of the most rewarding and exciting fishing trips I've ever been on. It could easily be the same adventure for you.
The advantages of overnight offshore fishing are being able to fish the tide lines that are sixty to one hundred miles offshore. This is where the big blue marlins live and fish for swordfish and tuna at night in the canyons.
The advantages of overnight bottom fishing are being able to fish for big fish in grounds that are rarely fished. This is the best bottom fishing you will ever experience because there is very little fishing pressure on these fish because of the distance from homeport.
