Unlike the standard six person charter boat, our vessels are US COAST GUARD APPROVED and INSPECTED annually. They are clean and maintained to the highest standard.

We pride ourselves in our ability to catch fish from a party boat that most sport fishing boats only dream about. We have landed blue Marlin Fishing Charter in Miami Florida

to 450 lbs., White Marlin to 105, Yellowfin Tuna to 100, hundreds of Sailfish (154 last year), Dolphin, Kingfish, Amberjack, Snapper, and Grouper.

Our crew and anglers hold 16 I.G.F.A. world records, with 4 records set in the past year. Many of these records were caught on 4 to 8 pound test.

We have live bait on each trip, and weather permitting fly one or two kites while we drift local wrecks and ledges. Live bait, when paired with dead bait, such as ballyhoo and spanish sardines, make a deadly combination complimenting each other.

The area off Miami that we fish is covered by over 70 artificial reefs ranging from 290 foot ships to army tanks. Productive reefs exist from 40 feet of water to over 350 feet. With the prevailing current of the gulf stream, and deep water only one and a half miles offshore, we are a conduit for pelagic fish on the move. We usually have twice yearly runs of kingfish, dolphin, false albacore, cobia, and spanish mackeral.

With the addition of our artificial reefs over the past 15 years we reaped a bonus that no one counted on, sailfish! These large structures hold and concentrate bait fish such as goggleye, speedos, bluerunner and pilchards. The result is spectacular sailfishing from October to June. It is not unheard of having boats release 15-20 sails on days that the wind and current are right. On any given day during those months we are able to produce a sail almost on demand.

The "REWARD WON", is 60 by 17 feet fiberglass DMR built Fisherman's Fishing boat. With her well deck construction, she provides a fishing platform that is unsurpassed in stability and ease of angling. The "REWARD WON" placed second in the 1999 Bob Lewis Billfish Challenge and fourth in the 1999 Yamaha Contender Miami Billfish Tournament, 2nd Place Pot-of-Gold 1999 Miami Billfish, and 1st Place Pot-of-Gold 2000 Miami Billfish Tournament, competing against the hottest Sportfishing boats in South Florida, attesting to her great fishability.

Our newest boat "Another Reward" is 70 feet long by 22 feet wide. We can fish parties up to 100 anglers, although on our normal half day trips we fish 10-15. "Another Reward" is air conditioned, has a galley, T.V., stereo, upper viewing deck, and is equipped with all of the latest fish finding and directional electronics. She is the nicest, cleanest, and newest party boat in the area, and is available 3 times a day for regular scheduled trips as well as corporate or group charters custom designed to the client's wishes.

Reward Fishing Fleet is owned by Captain Wayne Conn. A Miami native who grew up on the waters of South Florida and started his fishing career working fishing boats in Miami's famous charter fleets at Pier 5 and the Haulover. An accomplished tournament angler and winner, as well as Captain, he has carried this skill over to party boat fishing. Captains Gus Valdez, and Chris Niedermyer round out the Reward crew to make it the best in the business!

Our sailing times are 9:00AM - 1:00PM, 1:45PM - 5:30PM, and 8:00PM - 12:30AM. Our charter rates and group rates are available on request, as well as our catering list. If you have a group coming to Miami, let us entertain them with a custom charter on one of our vessels.
