Back Country Fishing Guide Florida
Captain Carl Ball , is a South Florida native of Fort Lauderdale, and followed in the footsteps his grandfather, who was a local charter boat captain in the early 1950's. They both shared the same love of the sport, and I grew up fishing from the Florida Keys and Flamingo to Palm Beach, and from the Bahamas to other parts of the Caribbean. My passion ultimately led me to a career as a full-time backcountry fishing guide for the past 7 years, and has afforded me the opportunity to introduce other enthusiastic anglers to such an engaging sport. What to bring My 18' Hells Bay Marquesa is fully equipped with rods, tackle and bait specifically geared towards catching our targeted species. I also hold a fishing license so you will not need to purchase one for our trip. My customers only need to bring their own food and beverages (a cooler with ice is provided), and items such as sunscreen and additional clothing. Polarized sunglasses are highly recommended for fishing Biscayne Bay.
