The costal village of Salinas has beautiful water front hotels, casinos, spas, fishing and tours. Ecuador's very own Galapagos Islands that sit 600 miles off her coast line have some of the best conservation efforts around to protect nature and all of it's creatures.

 The 4 major islands in the Galapagos are approximately 46 miles apart in a formation of a diamond. In the little coastal villages/ports that run about mile long are quiet, peaceful and friendly. As far as the domestic airfare to reach over to the islands it fluctuates between $300 and $400 round trip from mainland Ecuador to the Galapagos Islands. This price will depend on their high tourist season.
As for your fishing times we recommend mid October through June in the Galapagos Islands and October through March on the mainland Ecuador.
Hunting in Ecuador starts in May and runs through October.
