Do you want to experience some of the best striped marlin fishing the world has to offer? Fishing in Galapagos should be your next destination. Most days experience raises in the double digits of primarily striped marlin and blue marlin are no strangers. The Galapagos Islands are hosts to some of the most nutrient rich waters in the Eastern Pacific. With 3 mayor currents such as the Crownwell, the Panama and the Humboldt all meeting in the Archipelago. As a result the waters are rich with nutrients and very fertile with fish. Some of the best striped marlin fishing known to man is found in the waters surrounding the island. Our Galapagos fishing charter boats are based out of San Cristobal Island which lays in the eastern part of the Archipelago. There are daily flights from local carriers from the city of Guayaquil.

Marlin are found year round in Galapagos waters. However the seas are calmest January through June.

Temperatures: December May 85-95 F, June- November 82 90 F.
Season: Marlin are found year round.
Calmest waters are Dec June. Fish tend to peak March August.
Flight times: Guayaquil to San Cristobal 1 hour and 40 minutes approx.
What to wear: Long sleeve shirts and pants against the hot sun, cool clothing for heat. How to get there: International flights arrive in Guayaquil. Most of the time you must overnight in Guayaquil to connect a direct flight to San Cristobal.
