Costa Rica make it even easier with their laid back lifestyle and friendly attitude.
After targeting big fish for the last fifty years in my home state of Oregon, and also Alaska, and South America I call Costa Rica home
because the fishing here surpasses them all. Chasing fish such as marlin, sailfish, tarpon, tuna, and dorado is my passion. I would
