As part of the Big Game Experience you can choose from one of our (2) classic sport fishing lodges in Golfito, Costa Rica. Both boutique lodges, the Fish Hook Marina & Lodge and the Sirena Boutique Resort, with only (6) rooms each, offer the perfect setting and services to provide the ultimate game fish experience. A dedicated staff is always on hand, as well as first class service making the Bahia Escondida Big Game Experience the most exclusive sport fishing destination in Costa Rica
(1) Fish Hook Lodge & Marina
 Stay where the action is. Fish Hook Marina & Lodge is your classic sport fishing lodge located in the center of Golfito and directly on the bay. The brand new 20-slip marina is home to our program’s 51’ Whiticar “Shamrock”, providing you the ultimate convenience. The Lodge offers (6) spacious guest rooms, (4) w/ double Queens and (2) w/ single Kings, all surrounding the large, newly renovated open-air bar and restaurant that overlooks the calm-water bay of Golfito. The well-stocked bar & restaurant, with a sofa lounge and multiple satellite flat screen TV’s, is the perfect place to end your day on the water while awaiting the preparation of the day’s fresh catch. A tropical menu breakfast is available before leaving the docks each morning with lunch served on the boat. With its complete package of convenience, service and atmosphere the Fish Hook is quickly becoming the ultimate lodge for the ultimate angler.

 Get close to nature. Located on a majestic mountainside replete with 4 landscaped acres of flora and fauna the Sirena Resort & Spa truly embodies the essence of Golfito. Monkey’s, toucans, and parrot’s abound the surrounding rainforest creating a unique ambiance for our guests. The boutique resort offers (6) guest cabins, (4) w/ double Queens and (2) w/ single Kings, all sharing marvelous views of the low-lying areas from their porches. Each guest room offers a microwave, mini fridge, cable television and wi-fi internet service. The tropical pool abuts a natural creek running through the property. The spa/sauna is located inside the newly renovated historical clubhouse and features bar service, new billiards table, and brand new 10-seat custom poker table…talk about Fish ‘N Chips! A tropical breakfast is available before leaving the docks each morning with complimentary lunch served on your selected boat. For dinners, guests will be shuttled down the road to our Fish Hook Marina & Lodge for a first-class menu dinner or ask about dining via your own personal chef.

51’ Custom Whiticar – SHAMROCK
 Golfito sport fishing charter "Shamrock", a 51' Custom Whiticar famous for raising huge fish along the east coast of the United States and the Caribbean, takes groups of up to (6) guests out on daily excursions. Fully refurbished to pristine condition, guests will battle large Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna, Dorado Rooster Fish and more in one of the world’s greatest untapped fisheries.
Captain Tommy Lynskey guides the daily activities, identifying the best spots to boat a potential world-record on any given day. With over 15 years of tournament experience throughout Florida, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Lynskey calls Costa Rica's Pacific Ocean home. Among his greatest achievements in these waters is the catch and release of 52 Sailfish in a single day in June 2006, his best day ever. Lynskey also notes that the area is one of the few places where fisherman can catch three species of Marlin – Black, Blue and Striped.
