breathtaking white sand beaches and village of Manuel Antonio. Lush tropical green areas cover a large
portion of the estates, with 4 km of hiking trails and small creeks, waterfalls plus an
Observation Tower. Guests can also visit the new Raindrop Spa, a beautifully appointed
new day spa with Balinese inspired influences and outdoor gardens, located right on the
estates property where Guests can also experience the ultimate healing power of hands,
hydrotherapy, revitalizing skin treatments and the strengthening of body and mind
through available Yoga and Pilate's classes.

VILLA TANAGER:
(7 BR, 8 Bath) Our most stunning and private villa is located hilltop on our view
filled estate. Experience luxury with the Tanager's spacious Mediterranean inspired
indoor and outdoor living space. Entertain up to 15 guests within this four level, seven
bedrooms and eight bathrooms casa with private swimming pool. Fully furnished with
modern lighting, rich wood furniture and original artwork.
The Tanager Villa (7 BR, 8 Bath) is a new contemporary tropical villa that fuses eastern
and western design influences for the ideal tranquil vacation retreat. Four levels host
7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a large living/dining area, fully furnished kitchen, a private
swimming pool with full deck.
Entering through the front entrance guests are greeted with a spectacular vista and a
great sense of openness with the main living area, kitchen and dining room centered
around a beautiful swimming pool and deck overlooking the surrounding rain forest and
coastline. The highest villa on our hilltop estate, the ocean views from this vantage
point gaze upon the miles of untouched crescent shaped coastline to the north of Quepos.
Clean, modern lines, large picture windows and sliding glass doors create a bright and
airy ambiance that blur the lines between indoors and outdoors. A large furnished
western style kitchen is complete with all the modern appliances and amenities you will
need.
The second level plays host to two regular bedrooms, two bathrooms and the spacious
master suite all with 15 foot vaulted wooden beam ceilings. The master suite has a queen
size bed, and it's own bathroom including a jacuzzi tub and beautiful tiled shower.
There are magnificent ocean, rain forest and sunset views from the two main bedrooms on
the second floor.
Below the main two levels are two additional floors which host the fourth and fifth
bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a small kitchen. These lower two levels have their own
independent entrance and can also be utilized as a separate private apartment unit

and second growth tropical forest. Large windows allow for natural exterior light to
brighten the inside of the residence.
The sun balcony, where a pristine stone tiled designer pool is nestled, will offer the
best mountain view. Wood floors and fine woodwork throughout the villa enhance the
natural beauty and design of this unique property. Lighting was designed to give a soft
but efficient light to all the different areas of the villa.
The house is designed on two levels where the lower level could easily be used as an
independent suite, allowing for great holiday possibilities for guests, family or
friends.
