Captain Mark Ebanks has fished the Caribbean his entire life. He is the foremost Grand Cayman deep sea fishing and reef fishing guide and should be considered for any type of charter desired.

The vessel Jack's Hatt is a 41 foot Hatteras Sport Fisherman powered with (2) 671 Detroit Diesels, Furano Depth Finder, Simrad Auto Pilot, (2) Standard VHF radios and Furano Radar. Fishing gear consists of Shimano 50 & 80W Tiagra reels as well as an assortment of spinning reels for reef fishing and bone fishing on board on both boats. Jack's Hatt is equipped with both outriggers and downriggers for trolling and an extensive selection of lures.

(The Ideal party for Grand Cayman deep sea fishing fishing is 6 people, but the boat is insured up to 12 people.)

We also have a 27 foot charter boat for smaller groups  of 4 people or less.

Both boats are inspected annually and are stocked with all the required safety and life equipments.

reef or bone fishing half day-- from 8 am to 12 noon

reef or bone fishing afternoon-- from 1 pm to 5 pm

snorkeling reef & starfish point & stingray city 1/2 day -- from 8 am to 12 noon
snorkeling reef & starfish point & stingray city full day -- from 8 am to 4 pm
snorkeling reef & starfish point & stingray city afternoon- from 1 pm to 5 pm.
