 Shasta Lake House Boat Rentals
Silverthorn Resort offers four styles of Shasta Lake house boat rentals with a floorplan sure to meet your vacation needs. Each shasta houseboat is a complete floating "suite" with up to 1500 square feet of cabin and deck space. Featuring fully-railed decks, swim platforms, slides, roof-top sundecks, propane BBQs, and air conditioning. All of our Shasta Lake house boats come equipped with modern and convenient kitchens that include a built-in range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, two refrigerators, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Even the dishes, pots, pans, and silverware are included! Our Shasta houseboats sleep from 10 to 20 adults in comfort and have two full bathrooms, providing convenience to both large and small groups.

For the fisherman, there are varieties of fish in Lake Shasta, which include: rainbow trout, brown trout, chinook salmon, largemouth bass, spotted bass, smallmouth bass, black crappie, bluegill, carp, Sacramento sucker, Sacramento squawfish, riffle sculpin, black fish, hardhead minnow, white sturgeon, channel squawfish, threadfin shad, white catfish, brown bullhead, golden shiner and green sunfish.The basses and trout are the most frequently caught by anglers.
 There are many trails at Shasta Lake that follow the lake shoreline. They offer plenty of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, running, fishing, sightseeing and wildlife viewing.
With calm water, that averages 75 degrees in the summer, swimming and water sports are favorite activities. Silverthorn Resort is located on the Pit River Arm, which is well known for its ideal water conditions for skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, and other nautical activities.
