Helicopter Flyout Fishing Guide in Nome Alaska

Twin Peaks Adventures is a helicopter flyout fishing guide service based in Nome Alaska, specializing in Adventure Helicopter Fly Fishing. We fish remote locations on Alaska's Seward Peninsula, where the only practical means of access is by helicopter. This is the place to come for Arctic Grayling, Dolly Varden, Northern Pike, Sheefish, and Salmon. We provide a personalized Alaska fishing adventure; we take care of only one group at a time. Our guides are more than happy to assist first time fly fishers, and can provide casting, fishing, and tying instruction if desired.

Conservation and protection of our natural resources are among our highest priorities. We practice catch-and-release fishing for all species. Occasionally we will keep some Salmon, Pike, or Dolly Varden to eat fresh. Twin Peaks Adventures is a member of the Federation of Fly Fishers and Trout Unlimited.

We will provide you with a meaningful experience in Alaska, one that allows you to catch fish, experience adventure, and enjoy the solitude of Western Alaska with your closest friends. All of our trips are unique, and customized to your group. Whether you are coming here to learn to fish, or are an experienced angler looking for something different, we look forward to making your visit unforgettable.

Nome Alaska Fishing Adventures

We visit remote sites where we are the only anglers present, no combat fishing here. In fact, on some streams, you may become one of only a handful of people to have EVER fished there. Our helicopters allow access to some of the most untouched and undiscovered areas of Alaska. We offer several trips to choose from, including daily flyouts and float trips. Each Adventure is unique in its own way. All trips include the following:

- Guided fishing
- Gourmet-style meals at the cabin, streamside cooking on the river
- Scenic, safe and comfortable helicopter rides over Alaska's Seward Peninsula, with the chance to spot moose, musk ox, and grizzly bear.
- Fishing pristine waters that you will have all to yourself

Nome Fishing Alaska

Remote Alaska Helicopter Fishing at it's finest! Not only do we fish locations with no other anglers present, we fish a few streams that NEVER see another angler besides the ones we bring in! This is a unique opportunity to be among a small group of anglers to enjoy some of Alaska's most remote back country fishing. Our area has a bit of everything to offer. We have runs of all five species of Salmon, sea-run Dolly Varden Char, Arctic Char, Arctic Grayling, Northern Pike, and Sheefish. And yes, it is possible to catch all these species on the same trip!

Nome Alaska Float Fishing Trip

Our Float Adventure is a 5 day/4 night float down a remote Seward Peninsula river. The fishing can be sensational, and we will not be competing with any other anglers. Arctic Grayling and Dolly Varden are plentiful all summer, and Salmon run seasonally. Upon arrival in Nome you will have a night at the Snake River Cabin to get a shower and a meal, relax, and get your gear ready to go. The next day you will enjoy a comfortable helicopter ride to the drop-off point. We'll get the inflatable canoes aired up and ready to go, and then head off on our adventure. The uniqueness of a helicopter flyout is that we can set down on any bend of the river that we want to start on, and can be picked up on any bend that we finish on. So there is no schedule, just fishing, floating, or camping as much as we want. This trip is the best way to really get in touch with the country and a river, but is also the most physically demanding. We'll be out in the Alaskan wilderness, tent camping, rain or shine, for five days. Our inflatable canoes are set up comfortably, the camping gear is high quality, and your guides are seasoned outdoorsmen. Guides will be making sure that your fishing experience is top notch; however your comfort and security will be the highest concern. Finish out the trip with your last night back at the Snake River cabin.
